St. Patrick's Day: 3 All-Natural Green Food Recipes Kids Will Love!

There are so many shades of gorgeous green in nature! So there's no need to buy artificial colors to make fun green foods your kids will love this St. Patrick's Day. 

  • Make green eggs in the morning by separating egg whites from yolks, adding pureed spinach to the whites and "reassembling" the eggs on the frying pan. 
  • Make avocado mousse for a snack by blending 1 avocado, 1 cup of coconut milk and some honey. 
  • Finish the day with a bowl of hearty broccoli soup: Blend steamed broccoli, grated cheese and vegetable stock until smooth.
